We got great deal for CX -70. Sales person did a great job. However, business manager was pushing us too much for buying tire protection and other services that was somewhat uncomfortable for us.
Great at all parts of the process. Greg Flowers was salesman and he was great. Lyndsay helped finalize and we also Appreciated Paul when discussing financing and Alex for explaining all features to us when we picked up the car

Didn't like customer service. When I came to drop my car all customer service persons didn't pay attention on me. I was waiting for almost 15 min with nobody on front on me. Man on desk ,his name was Marvin wasn't polite and was ignoring me. I did put a request on a mechanic who I trust,but they ignore my request and give me first available mechanic .
Overall, a great experience Leo made everything very simple and comfortable. he has excellent customer service skills. Anyone I know interested in a Mazda I plan on referring to Leo

We visited Ira Mazda looking for an Artisian Red CX-90. The staff , specifically Jamall was friendly, helpful and not pushy. He did everything he could to help us. My wife was only two weeks out of knee replacement and could not get in the car, yet he made sure she was comfortable and informed about the vehicle, We return two days late to purchase the car. They don't seem to have it together at all here, get your car serviced at a different Mazda dealership. We went in for a pretty simple fender liner fix. They ended up only replacing half of it because they didn't realize the other half was missing (which should have been a red flag). They assured us that they would have the correct part and fix it quickly next time. We came the next week, waited 3 hours and then found out they ordered the wrong part. We were again assured they would have the correct part and a loaner ...

Ira Mazda is the best place we serviced our Mazda this far. Staff is super friendly, professional, accommodating and ready to answer any questions. Waiting area is very nice and if you need more secluded area to sit if working they accommodate that as well. Great experience every time!

Purchased vehicle a year ago. Have put on less than 3,000 miles. Brought it in for yearly check up. Was told i needed a new thermostat because of mileage. Why wasnt this done at time of my purchase. Supposedly total workup on vehicle was done at that time.
I came in for an oil change and had a safety inspection done at the same time. The safety inspection found I needed some work done on my vehicle. Having recently been disabled and out of work, the cost of the needed safety issues was an issue. Antwan, my Mazda Service person helped me with a discount so I could afford the necessary services. It usually takes about 3 hours to get routine maintenance performed.The Service Reps don't always follow thru on concept. However my resent visit was different, My Ser Rep James Dolan was exceptional.I had tried to get my clock and wiper issues resolved on 2 prior visits but Service failed to resolve the problem. I explained the issue to James and he made sure the problems were fixed.
Ira Mazda has always been great to work with, from a complimentary loaner vehicle, to constantly updating me about the work being done to my car. And a major bonus was have the job done to my satisfaction AND earlier than anticipated!
Amir Leung-Tat was an excellent sales person who was incredibly knowledgeable, polite and professional. He wasn’t pushy at all, and we ended up returning to the dealership to make the purchase after visiting others. He was efficient and respectful of our time during a hectic Christmas Eve purchase. Great service and customer assistance. Only issue was after my oil change my mileage was not reset and no mileage sticker allowing me to know when my next oil change is due.
My service rep John was friendly and helpful. No problems with picking up the loaner and good communication about my repair. The video I received would have been very helpful but for the fact that I could not hear the mechanic at all due to all the background noise while he was speaking.

This was the first time buying a car as a young woman. I have visited several dealerships, but IRA Mazda felt different. Staff were welcoming and intrigued in helping me. Not in a sleazy, trying to get a sale out of me, but a feeling of genuineness in helping a person. Doug the Mazda Man was very kind and transparent in the whole car buying process. I will continue doing business with them!
Honest, open, sensitive and helpful. It's rare to run into a dealer like this but it fits my reaction to the folks at IRA. It's hard to custom order a Miata/MX-5 but the IRA folks stuck with it and delivered for me.

Excellent experience! Antwan was very helpful and pleasant. This was my first service visit and he explained the process, advised me promptly when my vehicle was done, and answered all my questions. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet (thank you for not having Christmas music playing!), provided refreshments, and the restroom was immaculate.
