Worked with Ira Mazda to purchase my car after the lease ended. The entire process was stressful and poorly managed. Communication was incredibly poor, waited hours even with an appointment, to then speak with someone on Zoom. Impersonal and bizarre. They tried to switch us to a different loan with a higher rate than what was agreed to. Each step of the process was poorly communicated and incredibly frustrating. Will not be returning.
Dealership is large and they treat everyone with total respect. They answer all questions. They send a video link of the service being performed on your vehicle. They make recommendations of the work that needs attention and the work that can wait until a later service. The waiting area is large and clean and they provide refreshments, fruits, snacks,coffee, water and a whole lot more. Free wifi with plenty of USB ports as well.

Customer service was great. Service was fine. Everything was explained. I take care of my vehicles. For a 2024 car with 20, 000 miles and Prepaid Maintenance Gold, I found $400 expensive. I realize repairs were recommended, but I take recommendations seriously.

I take my car to Ira Mazda every time for a service because they have excellent customer service and better rates than where I live. All the customer service reps (recently worked with John) have always been very helpful and respectful.
This dealership brings a whole new level of competence and service. My 10k mile service included oil change, tire rotation, car wash and a loaner vehicle. I even asked them to reinitialize the transmission controller. The service tech took the initiative to test drive my cx30 to ensure there were no unknown problems. My highest praise to Ira Mazda in Westwood.

I was there to return a car they loaned me while they diagnosed an issue with a Mazda I got elsewhere. Yes, you heard me correctly. Although, I did not buy my Mazda from Ira they generously made sure, I was mobile for two weeks by loaning me a car! If you get any service done just double check it before you leave because they don’t actually do their “multipoint inspection” I’ve had to come back multiple times for something they’ve should’ve caught when they did that
I had my car serviced today for the first time after purchasing it here. I should have left a review from day 1. Frantz in sales was spectacular! We got the deal done seamlessly. Today, Marvin got my 25k mile service sorted quickly even though I showed up a day early for my appointment. He didn’t even question it. He was a pleasure to work with as was Johnathan the tech who went on a road test with me to find a squeak. Thanks guys! I appreciate all the help.

After giving me an appointment to test a vehicle I arrived to find out it was sold to a customer who just happened to walk it and see it. There attitude was to bad for you. Forty mile drive for nothing. Terrible service.

Great experience at IRA Mazda Service. I was given clear expectations regarding timing and expected work to be done up front and they made good on those. A few things came up during the inspection of the vehicle but I didn’t feel pressured that these had to be done. They went over all the things that came up and I felt I was given honest information about what was important to consider having done and what could wait. Overall I would recommend servicing at IRA Mazda.

After leaving the shop a few miles down route1 the tire monitor sound and dash light came on so i went back to shop asking if tire pressure was checked. Service Advisor found 1 tire was low and added air. Kinda small inconvenience byt it should not hav been missed during the tire rotation.

Repeat customer. Excellent experience, actually better than I expected. Quickly received a fair price for my Honda CRV trade and a new CX-5 Turbo Signature. Russell, Levi, Seng, and Alex made everything a friendly, professional, low-pressure process. Paid cash, so no financing comments, but the business office process with Paul was quick and painless as well. I hope to return later in the Spring for a new MX-5 Club with the Brembo/Recaro/BBS package!

I went to Ira yesterday for my complimentary oil change and had a fantastic experience. Sam was super helpful with keeping me updated on the progress of my oil change and speeding things along to help with some time constraints I had.
My service experience was very good. Sam was excellent: very professional and communication about the process was good. I waited at the dealership for my car to be done and it was comfortable, with decent coffee and snacks. Unrelated to my service, I noticed a customer come in and stand at the reception desk for >5 minutes. No one acknowledged his presence. They do good work, but two issues this visit. First, after my car was ready they offered to do a complimentary wash, and told me to arrive a little later to allow time for that. I allowed another 10-15 minutes on top of what they had recommended, and the car hadn't even made it to the wash. Not a big issue, but it would nice to complete what was promised. My experience at Ira Mazda was impressive, Samy and the sale manager went over and beyond to make the deal happen, it’s was a fast and easy process. Samy was very professional and guided me through all the process. Overall I’m happy with my new vehicle and the purchase experience.
Was told it would take 2,5 hours for an oil change. I have as asked if I wanted to reschedule. Coming 20 miles no I did not want to do that. Ended up taking 1.75 hours. Unacceptable.

Good experience from the first test drive through delivery. Tony was a great salesman. Very well informed and enthusiastic about Mazda.
The shop was very busy, and he gave a pretty long completion time for the inspection sticker. I don’t know how much was his effort but he got me out of there far earlier than estimated. Far better to be surprised for the quick finish than disappointed.

Service was pretty good. They told me I needed a cabin filter. I did not want to pay $40 for them to put it in so I bought one to do myself. (It’s literally a 30 second job!!!!)They did not put the old one back in place!!!! I’d rather have one that’s a little dirty then not have one in there at all!!!! Unacceptable.
