Dealership has changed a lot in just a few months. Terrible uniforms consisting of a t-shirt and baseball caps remind me of a fast food joint. Some staff were just lounging around. Mazda and its new holding is lowering the bar. Time to move to a different car brand?! I brought the car for service and the car was not vacuumed inside like it has been all the previous years. Our salesperson Janice and our service advisor Darwin were great!
Very accommodating and not pushy. John Sullivan was delightful and personable. Will be back soon.
This dealership has an excellent service department. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They let you know what's wrong with your car and how much the repair will cost before they move forward, and they don't try to pressure you into anything. I highly recommend Ira Mazda!

Ira Mazda found the hybrid I had been searching for for some time. I was happy they got me behind the wheel of the stylish CX-50 Hybrid and have been enjoying my new ride.
My service visit was efficient, and completed on time. My advisor explained my invoice and escorted me to my vehicle that was washed and vacuumed.

The service team is polite and courteous and everything has worked well. Their videos of the car during the service are helpful to see the state of the car for yourself!
Professional staff. Excellent communications throughout the service appointment. Thorough video inspection on every visit. Another mechanic at a shop i was visiting for some tire repair asked where the brakes were done and mentioned it was the best job he had seen in a while.

Servicing my car here was easy and the staff was friendly. I like that they keep you updated along the way and let you know what services are recommended and what can be saved for next time.
On one hand they actually inspected my vehicle and performed preventative maintenance which was appreciated. The work seemed very good. On the other hand, it was a busy Saturday, but they left me waiting for 3 and a half hours and forgot to send me the link to the inspection video which prolonged things further. It was a nice lobby area with food within walking distance and wifi. But still, they said it would take 2 hours, which was longer than I expected, and it took 1.5X the time.
Ira Mazda's Service Department is extremely efficient, professional, and helpful. They provide great service at a great value!
My experience today was stellar! I was greeted and asked what was I there for. I needed an oil change and was helped by Darwin Ooden. He was very nice and friendly. The waiting area was clean and allow me to use the WiFi with no problem.
Over the years, we have returned many times to this dealership to purchase our cars and to maintain them. The team is friendly, our advisor is excellent, and the service team is very efficient. There is no quick way to buy a car but these professionals make it less painful.
Quentin, our sales reps, was extremely helpful, kind, and supportive. He took his time showing us the options we had in mind and was knowledgeable as we compared and decided on our best fit!

i have been a long time mazda fan. ive owned 6 mazdas in the past and they have always stood by everything customer service wise until recently. I bought a new 2026 Mazda CX-50 from Tim Dahle in Utah and was charged a $265 fee among the hidden costs for a one-year maintenance plan that covers an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I'm not so mad about not being told about it, but more so upset at Ira Mazda in Westwood for not letting me use it. I own a 2024 Mazda Cx30 sport which I love dearly. I love Ira Mazda (420 Providence Hwy, Westwood, MA) because Marvin Besley always helps me out. Makes sure when I being my car in for service that I have a loaner car. He is always upfront and honest with cost and applies coupons where can be applied. I will stay in the Mazda family for a long time. And I choose to go to the dealership because I know I will always be well taken care of.

I made an appointment with the dealership to test drive a used vehicle on Tuesday evening for Thursday morning at 10:00 AM. On Wednesday evening I contacted the dealership and asked if I could change the appointment to Friday morning at 10:00AM and they confirmed that I could test drive the vehicle on Friday morning. I purchased a used Audi A4. My salesman Justin Johnson was amazing. Very easy to talk to. He was very attentive, polite and responsive. They offered a good deal on a lease car. Or at least Mazda did. It took 2 1/2 hours to do all the paperwork once I had selected the car. I’m not sure that another dealer would’ve done it any faster. The dealership building is pleasant and the sales staff does a good job.

So basically I have nothing to add. Service representative and mechanic were very helpful with what I brought my car in for and made the necessary repairs.
Rude and condescending Behavior, did not inform customer of vehicle update in a timely manner, waited till the end of the business day to responds to inquiry, kept customers car overnight with no forwarding, disrupted customers livelihood and daily activity due to the fact his vehicle was not available to them
I had an excellent experience at at Ira Mazda. My salesman, Sami, was helpful from beginning to end. I took the test drive by myself, negotiations were minimal and the visit the finance manager was painless. This dealership has a true low pressure vibe to it. It's the way all all car dealers ships should be run. In the future, I'll visit Ira Mazda first for all of my car shopping needs and I will recommend them without hesitation to any of my friends.

Despite being very busy, the team made me feel like they were paying attention to me and trying to move the process along. I had walked out of another dealership earlier in the day because I felt they were purposely just wasting my time.
I really like the customer service; they are very efficient, and the service is guaranteed.
John in the service department is always giving me the best service possible, making sure all my needs are met, while also going above and beyond when getting my car serviced there
Worked with Ira Mazda to purchase my car after the lease ended. The entire process was stressful and poorly managed. Communication was incredibly poor, waited hours even with an appointment, to then speak with someone on Zoom. Impersonal and bizarre. They tried to switch us to a different loan with a higher rate than what was agreed to. Each step of the process was poorly communicated and incredibly frustrating. Will not be returning.
Dealership is large and they treat everyone with total respect. They answer all questions. They send a video link of the service being performed on your vehicle. They make recommendations of the work that needs attention and the work that can wait until a later service. The waiting area is large and clean and they provide refreshments, fruits, snacks,coffee, water and a whole lot more. Free wifi with plenty of USB ports as well.

Customer service was great. Service was fine. Everything was explained. I take care of my vehicles. For a 2024 car with 20, 000 miles and Prepaid Maintenance Gold, I found $400 expensive. I realize repairs were recommended, but I take recommendations seriously.

This dealership brings a whole new level of competence and service. My 10k mile service included oil change, tire rotation, car wash and a loaner vehicle. I even asked them to reinitialize the transmission controller. The service tech took the initiative to test drive my cx30 to ensure there were no unknown problems. If you get any service done just double check it before you leave because they don’t actually do their “multipoint inspection” I’ve had to come back multiple times for something they’ve should’ve caught when they did that
I had my car serviced today for the first time after purchasing it here. I should have left a review from day 1. Frantz in sales was spectacular! We got the deal done seamlessly. Today, Marvin got my 25k mile service sorted quickly even though I showed up a day early for my appointment. He didn’t even question it. He was a pleasure to work with as was Johnathan the tech who went on a road test with me to find a squeak. Thanks guys! I appreciate all the help.
